MYSTERY SHOPPING

We've been mystery shopping landlease communities and apartments for 30 years. The typical shopping assignment includes a telephone visit and on-site anonymous, unscheduled interview of a multi-family rental property. Contracting firm receives a summary of all properties "shopped", individual property reports summarizing telephone and interview observations, along with recommendations for improvement. Individual property reports include shopper's field notes, photographs of discrepancies and whatever handouts provided by on-site leasing or sales consultants.

Cost:

$500.00/per property shopping assignment plus travel expenses.

$100.00/per property when phone shop only.
